In other news, Hailey has a lot of love to share with everyone. The first thing she does in the morning is kiss and hug her hippo and make sure that we hug hippo too. She gives her dolls a lot of 'love' (although this is often followed by a reckless ride in the stroller or being dropped on the floor). She sure loves her Daddy and is still excited to meet him for lunch or see him when he comes home.
Hailey is also really taken with Maddie. Although she makes a game of chasing Maddie around the house, she gives Maddie hugs and likes to go lie down on the floor next to her. Despite outweighing Hailey by 40 pounds, Maddie is really good with her and will let her do things that we can't.

Back Seat Driver
Hailey has become quite the back seat driver, or maybe like our own little talking GPS. She doesn't quite tell us which way to go but she's amazingly observant. She'll tell us when we're going 'up-a hill' or 'down-a hill' and even tells us that 'cars coming' as we're trying to turn or cross the street. Her new favorite fascination is with stop signs and stop lights. She likes to point them out and look for 'another, another'. Since we're still working on colors, she tell us to 'go' when the light is still red, so I guess it's good that it will be a few more years before she has her license. She loves to point out buses and thought it was a blast when we followed the garbage truck the other day. It's never a dull moment in the car!

Very cute! Liam also tells us to "go!" or "stop!" at lights... and not always at the right times. Luckily, we have lots of years to practice with the arcade games before real driving!!
