As the New Year has snuck up on us, we realize it's about time to catch up on the blog.
Andrew's parents were here in November and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving together. We were reminded about everything we have to be thankful for during the holidays and throughout the year. Hailey and Megan definitely had a better concept of being thankful and are still randomly telling us how much they appreciate various things.
In addition to the traditional Thanksgiving meal, we made candy Turkeys and the kids enjoyed sampling all the goodies during the process.
The girls had a wonderful time with Gramma and Grandpa in town and soaked up all the love. They enjoyed playing lots of games, painting, playing at the park, reading books, and singing songs (Megan still often starts of with one, two, a one, two, three).
Thank you for the wonderful visit, all of the help, and great memories for us all. We look forward to doing it again soon.
