Fun and Games

Hailey loves to play games and it's fun to see what she comes up with on her own. She'll often raid our Tupperware drawers and line up a bunch of lids or make towers out of the bowls. She's getting much better at Hide-and-Seek and still loves to play chase. Hailey enjoys playing with a pair of stools that she lines up, walks across, and jumps off. She then sits down to take a rest and always makes sure that Tigger sits on "Tigger's stool" and she sits on "Hailey's stool". One of her other favorite pastimes is standing across the room, crouching down and yelling "catch me" as she runs at you full speed. We've learned she's pretty fast and will just run into you if you're not prepared. She especially loves it when Daddy tosses her up into the air, which is usually followed by a huge grin and her running off to reposition yelling "again, again". Here's Hailey sporting a bit of green for St. Patrick's Day. She got to play with shamrock stickers (which she initially called "leaves") and tried her first corned beef and cabbage. After Mommy colored her a nice rainbow with a pot of gold and leprechaun at the end, she quickly replied, "No, draw a basketball" so I guess we all know where her mind is at this month!
