Hailey loves to explore from one corner of the house to the other and back again. She likes to find the cats and follow them around, pull her books off her bookshelf, and stand up and bang on the edge of the tub. When you turn on the water for her bath, she comes crawling from the other room and knows that it's tub time.
Hailey would much prefer to eat finger foods over the pureed food and has been trying a lot of new things. She loves pasta with sauce and seems to have a lot of fun with the mess it makes. She tried her first beans and ate them almost by the handfuls.
Hailey has started to walk with her push hippo toy and goes back and forth all over the house. She does really well keeping her balance and will stop pushing to give her legs time to catch up. Her tongue must play a key role in the balance because she always sticks it out when walking.

We tried walking with our tonques out and found it works very well.
