A is for Alpacas
A few days ago, we took a tour of a local Alpaca ranch. Hailey was enjoying time at school, but Megan made some new Alpaca friends. There were several baby Alpacas who were about the same height as Megan and just the right size for petting. She said that their coat was "so soft, just like Muffin" and laughed at the little sounds they made.
Megan then got to feed them food out her hand and thought it was funny to feel their lips.
She even got to take one of the adult Alpacas for a little walk all by herself.
Megan talked about the "Pacas" for the rest of the day and was excited to tell Daddy all about how she pet them, fed them and took them for a walk.

Thank you for sharing all your adventures with us. It was so fun to see you with the 'pacas and the State Fair looked like it was a lot of fun too.
How fun to feel their soft, soft coats and ticklish lips, Megan. What a really great experience and how nice of Mommy to arrange it all. We especially enjoyed the white baby "pacca" just Megan's size. Talk about eye to eye contact. Thanks for all your timely updated pictures. We sincerely appreciate seeing all of them!
