Hailey turned 1 on April 17th and we celebrated this past weekend with both sets of Hailey's Grandparents in town. It was so special to have everyone together to celebrate her big day. She enjoyed all her new gifts and loved playing with her party decorations and balloons.
She was very helpful in opening her gifts, but also found the wrapping paper and bows quite fun to play with.
Hailey had her own mini-cake and after a few minutes of delicately scooping up frosting one finger at a time, she dug right in to get handfuls of cake. As you can see, she really enjoyed it and actually did get quite a bit in her mouth.
It's hard to believe our beautiful baby girl is growing up so fast but it's been a fabulous year and we look forward to many many more.
