The girls were so excited about Halloween all day long and could not wait to get into their costumes.
Earlier this week, we carved pumpkins. Hailey dug right in and loved getting her hands dirty, while Megan was a little more unsure about it. They each picked their design and were proud of the finished product.
Andrew also carved a pumpkin and received many compliments on his great work.
When it came time for trick-or-treating, the girls could hardly contain their excitement. They made it quite clear that we should wait on the driveway and they would go to the door by themselves. Hailey took great care of Megan and they were both thrilled to get so much candy.
Once home, the kids enjoyed handing out candy to the last of our 220(!) trick-or-treaters, ate a few of their favorite treats, and headed to bed for some sweet dreams. We hope you had a Happy Halloween!
